It is hard for us to express our love and our great thrill at having a first great grandchild. That, in itself, is wonderful but Harrison is such a lovely baby that it is doubly great. He is a perfect baby, I know because I took all of his covers off and examined him at the hospital. He is so cute and he will be loved by so many. He is a lucky little boy to have such caring, loving parents as Sarah and Keith.

Mimi and Coach missed Davis’ arrival (he was on a different time table than us!) But, we will be there to give him official hugs & kisses soon! What a beautiful little one he is! So thankful he and Dina are healthy! We are all so blessed to have this amazing gift of life this Xmas!

Thank you Sarah! I woke up this morning to your post and it gave me the warmed fuzziest feeling. I love it when I get to become so much more than just a photographer to a family and it means the world to me when I can make an already VERY special day a little more special.

What a blessing….not only to have a beautiful, healthy baby boy, but to have Karen there to capture it for us! Being a c-section, I missed out on seeing him immediately & holding him right away. Before they took him away to get him cleaned up, Karen was able to get a picture for me of my baby’s big entrance into the world. She quickly brought her camera over to me, so I could see what he looked like. This is the first picture of seeing my baby that I have in my head & I will cherish it forever. Without this, I would have felt so disconnected. She was able to give me updates through her lens on what was going on with him while we were apart after birth. Even as I lay in the recovery room alone, I felt attached because I could “see” what my husband was experiencing with our new baby. This is something that I hadn’t even thought about before the delivery, but am so thankful for now.
We did not know Karen before this, but as we started our new little family, she instantly became a part of it that day!
