No one quite does Fall like the Dallas Arboretum. We did Vivian’s 6.5 month old session there and not only was it her first visit there, but also, the rest of the families….something tells me they will be spending A LOT more time there!!!

Every time I photograph a family with more than 2 kids I get a little nervous, especially when some of the little ones are younger than 4. Of course, it helps having a camera that can take almost 4 frames per second continously (which is what I often shoot to make sure I get all [...]

I love getting to photograph this family because not only did I capture the birth of their first daughter, Drew, but their second daughter, Dani, as well. I knew leaving their house that I had some good pictures of the whole family, and a few of the three little angels together but I wasn’t too [...]

At almost 17 months old, I spent this session catching up with Darbi’s mom Dina and following her all over the place as she took in all the sites. I think the only time she slowed down was at the Koi pond to have a conversation with the big white fish. I can’t wait to [...]

Little Davis is on my “Watch Me Grow” plan and, boy! has he grown since his newborn session! We did a few pictures at home and then headed to his first visit to a local pumpkin patch. We propped him in pumpkins, stuck him in this hollow log, and pretty much pooped him out! Great [...]

Excuse me…I am ready to place my order! Though at first glance, it may seem I am shooting Emma’s two year old session at Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory, it is actually “The Candy Store” on Denton Square. Melissa, Emma’s mom, spied this wonderful little shop while we were taking some pictures across the street. The inside [...]

McKinley!!! This little delicacy is always so much fun to photograph. From day one, she has looked like a little porcelain doll with her beautiful blond locks and her big blue eyes. Though she looks so petite and delicate, her looks are deceiving. She has been quite a little trooper over the year. We have [...]
Maren: 4 Months Old

“Oh little Maren, you aren’t so little anymore! ” It never fails to amaze me how much a newborn seems to change overnight. The last time I saw Maren, she was 2 weeks old. In 4 months she rocketed to the 90th percentile of the growth chart. You would think I would be used to [...]

Little Davis’s mom, Frankie, contacted me pretty early during her pregnancy wanting me to capture his birth day. Frankie and her husband, Mike, had decided not to find out what they were having….they wanted to be surprised!
Well, Mom and Dad got more surprises than they had bargained for. First of all, Mom got the surprise [...]
